Un chat Européen mâle castré de 3 ans est présenté pour une dermatose prurigineuse chronique, faciale, ventrale et anale. Le diagnostic différentiel comprend principalement une dermatite allergique, une pyodermite, une dermatophytose et une démodécie. Différents examens complémentaires (raclages, trichogramme, examen en lumière de Wood, examen cytologique, régime d’éviction alimentaire, intradermoréactions) permettent un diagnostic de dermatite atopique féline surinfectée (bactéries, levures).
Après gestion des processus infectieux, un contrôle au long cours est obtenu par des soins locaux et l’administration orale de ciclosporine à 7 mg/kg tous les jours, puis en espaçant progressivement pour parvenir à une prise 2 fois par semaine.
A partir de ce cas, certains aspects pathogéniques, cliniques, diagnostiques et thérapeutiques (ciclosporine, dermocorticoïdes, immunothérapie spécifique) de la dermatite atopique féline sont ensuite présentés.

Summary
A 3-year-old, neutered male, domestic shorthair is presented for facial, ventral and anal chronic itchy dermatosis. Differential diagnosis mainly includes allergic dermatitis, pyoderma, dermatophytosis and demodicosis. Various complementary examinations (scrapings, trichoscopy, examination in Wood’s lamp, cytological examination, food eviction diet, skin tests) lead to the diagnosis of feline atopic dermatitis with bacterial and fungal secondary infections. After management of infectious processes, long-term control is obtained by topical treatments and oral administration of cyclosporin at 7 mg/kg, initially daily and then gradually spaced to achieve twice weekly intake. From this case, certain pathogenic, clinical, diagnostic and therapeutic aspects (cyclosporin, topical corticosteroids, specific immunotherapy) of feline atopic dermatitis are then presented.
